Is Fall really here?

Tonight Alan and I discovered the difference between the first day of Fall, and the Fall Equinox.

This morning and this evening it was a bit cooler and was so much more pleasant than it's been. This has been such a long hot summer. The heat started early and was so intense and has continued for much longer. Or else I'm getting older and it just seems hotter! Next week temperatures are supposed to be only in the 80's for daytime highs. That will be nice. Come on Fall, we are eagerly waiting!
