So here's the short of it;
What a good day.

And here's the long.

Well, the sleeping in didn't happen, but it was a good day nonetheless.

It's amazing how much longer everything takes with this bummed up ankle!! This morning I got beef stew going in the croc pot and then took a long shower. What an ordeal showering is! But it felt great. I've been doing just a real quickie so I felt somewhat indulged!

By early afternoon the snow had started and by late afternoon school had been cancelled! I'm looking forward to a "snow day" tomorrow!

Mom, Liga, Valdis, and Kalie were over for supper and a nice visit after.

Wonder if I'll be able to sleep in tomorrow.
