So here's the short of it, 
I have a big weekend coming up!

And here's the long.

Another long day! It framed up from the outset to be a difficult day because of communication issues between several parties. Boy Oh Boy! Good communication sure does make things work better.  But in spite of starting out in a really difficult space with the thought that we might not even get everything done, it all came together. We had to reschedule two meetings, but that's OK. It will be fine!

I am so glad that it's the weekend. No rest here. I'll be up early to take Mom to Birmingham in time to watch Meredith graduate from Samford.  This is an exciting May for Steve and Pat.  Meredith is graduating on Saturday; their new grandson is coming this Tuesday; and then on Memorial Day weekend Meredith and Ben will be getting married, whew! What a May for them!

Mom and I will be making a quick trip down and then back.  I'm looking forward to it. Then Sunday we'll be celebrating Alan's birthday......
