I had a lovely luncheon with Mom today.
And here's the long
First Cumberland's Women's Ministry had their spring luncheon today. It's a fund raiser for their ministry works. Mom invited me and Mia to join her. It was a really nice event. The ladies made every kind of salad that you can imagine. There were several kinds of each of these: chicken salads, tuna salads, potato salads, pasta salads, layered salads, broccoli salads, many kinds of congealed salads, and a variety of other desserts. Everything was delicious!
After the luncheon was over we heard a men's choral group called In-Spirit. Below is a picture of them from their Facebook page. They were quite good and I enjoyed getting to spend that time with Mom. It was good to get in a bit of visiting with Mia as well.
