So here's the short of it, 
I've spent the day staying pretty low. 

And here's the long

I took a sleeping aid last night and was in bed almost asleep by 11.  That's pretty early for me these days.  I roused several times in the morning.  But it was 11 AM before I got up, and not long after I went back to bed.  It was 2:30 before I was really up for the day.

I didn't try to do much today...late this afternoon, we went down to visit with Mommy Anne for a bit.  She's still awfully confused.  For those of you who pray, please remember her in your prayers.

I'm headed to bed tonight.
