So here's the short of it,
Today was a really lazy day!

And here's the long

Alan is getting my cold or whatever it is I have.  His started out with a sore throat.  I'm beginning to feel just a bit better.  But today we stayed in the whole day and had a very lazy day.

I woke early this morning and opened all the doors in the living, dining room and sat in the breeze having morning coffee!  It was just great.  Then I spent until 4:00 PM in my pajamas, reading, playing on the computer, napping, walking around the condo, and drinking coffee and tea.  Alan read and slept. 

This evening we met Tina and Russ for a lovely dinner at Angler's over on Okaloosa Island.  It's a nice little restaurant right on the beach at the entrance to the Okaloosa Island Pier.  It was breezy and lovely and we enjoyed our dinner looking right out at the pier.

There was a curious incident with a young girl playing in the sand below the deck where we were eating.  She lobbed something covered in sand toward out table and it landed on the table right between Tina and Russ's plate!  There was sand all over the table, and in the food.  The parents were sitting right behind us and didn't react at all.  The restaurant kindly gave us new plates, but it was a very odd thing!

In spite of all that, we had a lovely evening with Russ and Tina!

Tomorrow is our last day here.  We'll see what kind of mischief we can round up!
