So here's the short of it, 
The days are taking the shape of school days now.

And here's the long.

Everything is in place.  The kids are scheduled into classes; the buildings are clean as they'll be until this time next year; and the teachers have their plans made.  We've got another couple of days of training and then the kids will arrive.

I love the beginning of school.  It's such a reminder for me that we really do have a chance to start over at many points in our lives.  I don't know of many kids at all that don't start the year with high hopes that this will be the best year ever.  Teachers too, you know.

So here's to new starts -  those new beginnings. Here's to the belief that every day, every moment, we have a chance to start again.
