So here's the short of it, 
I'm fine and dandy!

And here's the long.

I had a follow up with Dr. Funderburk, my Retina Specialist.  He looked my eyes over and pronounced that I am good to go and that I don't need to see him for another year unless I experience something strange.  They coach me about what I need be aware of every time I go.  I like that they keep repeating it.  I'm to look for a flurry of floaters, or something like a curtain, or flashing lights, or anything else that just feels strange to me.  If I experience that, I'm to call them right away.  And I'll be sure to do that!

Mom's thinking she may get a new Cat tomorrow.  She's been wanting a calico cat for the longest time.  There's an owner surrender at the vet's office - and she's interested!  We'll just have to see what tomorrow brings. Maybe there's be a picture of a new family member.
