So here's the short of it, 
Today I had lunch with a former student and spent some time with Mommy Anne.

I caught up with a former student from a long time ago using Facebook.  We connected and had lunch today.  We visited for a long time and caught up on a lot that's happened.  It was a good visit.  She's an amazing and strong young woman and I loved hearing about her life and seeing pictures of her young son who's now about 3. 

Later this evening I went down and spent some time visiting with Mommy Anne.  She's having a hard time remembering that she's not supposed to get up by herself and she seems to be having lots of anxiety.  Alan's going to spend the night with her tonight.
