We are here in New Haven safe and sound. The trip over was nice with a stop for lunch in Manchester, which put us getting into the airport with just under an hour before time for us to board. By the time we made a potty visit, and got down to the gate the line had already formed and it was time to board.  Our take off was pretty bumpy, and about 4 minutes into the ascent, the pilot came on the loudspeaker and said, "May I have your attention please, I need the people in row 14 to quit shaking the plane".  It was quite funny and momentarily we were out of the turbulence. The rest of the flight was uneventful.

Shelley and Max were there to greet us at the airport, and as soon as we got our bags, they whisked us off to their house. We've had a nice evening getting instructions for grandparent day care tomorrow. We are certainly looking forward to it.
