Wow, cooler weather came right along with the Autumn Equinox.  Today has been just lovely and all of us seemed to be a bit more energetic because of it.

When I took Sophie out for a walk this evening, it was really cool.  I almost thought I should come inside and put on long sleeves.  My neighbor who was out walking actually had on a zippered sweatshirt jacket!  The dogs seem to love the cooler weather.  Sophie certainly has more energy. I'm hoping the cooler weather will make me more energetic as well!
