Here's the short of it;
Still no Internet... Grrr.

And here's the long.

Still no Internet! Alan called Comcast yet again. He's talked with them at least 4 times and he's been over there twice. Today after being on hold for many minutes and getting no satisfactory service offered - he told them we would be finding another provider.

Liga also called tonite with a story about bad customer service with Comcast. It's too bad she has to use them in her apartment complex!!

  1. When I bought the house in East Ridge back in March, I made sure it had access to EPBfi. We've had it since then, and It's went down, maybe once for a few minutes. That's really it. I don't miss comcast at all. Neither will you!
