So here's the short of it, 
What a full day! 

And here's the long.

We had a great day visiting with Shelley, Max and a few other special folks!

Uncle Steve and Pat drove up last night and were at Mom's helping cook breakfast when I arrived a few minutes before eight this morning.  Shelley and Max were pretty close behind and just a little later Liga arrived.  We had Mom's yummy pancakes and fruit for breakfast with plenty of coffee!  Steve and Pat were headed on to Birmingham for a visit with Meredith and Ben, so they were on their way by mid-morning.  It sure was good to get to see them.


Then we moved the party up to Tuxedo Circle.  Max got some good time running on the circle, playing with Sophie, and kicking a soccer ball around. He also played with the crane that Aunt Frances left at MaMa's house.  That was so much fun it had to come up to our house for awhile as well.  Aunt Betsy and Wayne drove up from Atlanta for a visit as well.  We had Mom, Liga, and Marjorie and Issie with two big bags of Rib and Loin potatoes!  What a great and easy lunch.

Shelley and Max are in Nashville tonight visiting with good friend Erin.  She and Erin have posted a couple of really cute videos of the boys playing!

We'll sure miss them!
