A long day

So here's the short of it,
I'm pretty tired!

And here's the long

This has been a long day!  I went straight from work to a seminar on Phytoestrogens sponsored by the Breast Cancer Network of Strength.  It was very informative.  I've got lots of information to share - I'll get it up on the blog tomorrow or Saturday.  Then I went to my regular Thursday night come together meeting of families, and didn't get home until a little before 10.  I have to be on the other side of the county from where I live at 7:30 in the morning, so I'll have to get myself up pretty early!

Liga sent me a message after she got home (I wasn't here yet) telling me that Sophie had rolled in something awful.  By the time I got home - only maybe 20 or 30 minutes, she had already bathed and dried her - no small task for this huge dog! 

I'm pretty tired - going to bed pretty soon.
